FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Do you use any software other than QuickBooks?
At this time, our flat-rate bookkeeping packages are designed for use with QuickBooks Online or Desktop, and Quicken. However, we can offer a customized quote for another accounting software that you prefer.
What do you need to complete an order?
Depending on the software in use, here is what we need:

QuickBooks Online: Need accountant access to your data file.

QuickBooks Desktop: Need accountant access or an accountant's backup copy of your data file.

Quicken: Need access to your data file or a backup copy of the data file.

Documents/Materials: Need bank/credit statement(s) for the month included in the order, and supporting documents where applicable. Please note that credit account transactions for the month can extend across two (2) billing statements, so both statements would be needed for the credit account.

What is your delivery time?
Monthly bookkeeping can normally be completed within the time stated in the package. Custom bookkeeping orders vary in delivery time but our minimum time for completion is 2 weeks.

¢$B Package Terms of Service

If your bank statements do not include images of checks that were paid, then you will need to provide images/copies or a listing of the check details (who, when, why).
Delivery time is the stated number of days from the date we receive all required documents, materials, and data file permissions.
